ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is pleased to present the following project bid:  The Brunswick Community College Alan Holden Public Safety Center.  The base bid project includes a structural steel frame, brick veneer and metal siding, single ply membrane roofing, aluminum storefront, interior gypsum walls, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.  This project consists of site work including infilling of aquiculture ponds, new parking lots, stormwater improvements, utility connections, and landscaping.  The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications.
