PREQUALIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT
Blum Construction-TA Loving-Metcon have been selected in a tri-venture as the Construction Manager @ Risk by The Centennial Authority and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Early Structural Mezzanine Steel of the overall Lenovo Center Enhancements project in Raleigh, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This early phase is to consist of structural steel framing for mezzanine floor expansion as an early procurement to Phase 1 of the overall Lenovo Center Enhancements project. Scope of work to include beams, columns and composite decking.
Principal trade contractors are solicited for the following bid packages:
