Sealed proposals will be received from Bidders by Elizabeth City State University, Elizabeth City State University, Facilities Management – Design and Construction, Trigg Hall, Conference Room, 1704 Weeksville Road, Campus Box 749, Elizabeth City, NC 27909, Attn: Ryan Strickland, Director of Design and Construction, up to 2:00 PM Thursday, February 13, 2025, in Trigg Hall Conference Room, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of:
