REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR WIOA ADULT,
DISLOCATED WORKER, AND ONE-STOP OPERATOR
The Cape Fear Workforce Development Board (CFWDB) is seeking proposals for the competitive selection of subrecipient(s) to provide Adult, Dislocated Worker, and One-Stop Operator services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I, Public Law 113-128. These services will be delivered in Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender counties. Prospective bidders must submit an Intent to Bid form by Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The Intent to Bid form and full Request for Proposals (RFP) document can be accessed at https://capefearcog.org/workforce-development/subrecipient-resources/rfp-portal/ .
