Wilkie Construction Co. is soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids for the HVAC Replacement project at Maiden Middle School in Maiden, NC. The scope of work will include the following trades: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and ceiling as required for the new HVAC installations. The project also includes interior alterations for a new security vestibule.

Please Note: Roofing Contractors – The roof system is Durolast and is still under warranty. You must be a certified Durolast contractor.
