REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LANDSCAPE
AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES
FOR ROCKY MOUNT HOUSING AUTHORITY

RE-BID 

The Rocky Mount Housing Authority (RMHA), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to utilize a competitive negotiation process, in accordance with CFR 200.317-200.326, for the procurement of Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services to maintain lawns and common areas at various sites located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. RMHA may select multiple contractors to provide the service. RMHA is an equal opportunity agency. RMHA solicits and encourages minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business (WBE) participation in its contracts.

There will be a “PRE-BIDDERS MEETING” held Wednesday, March 19, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. @ 1065 PINEHURST DRIVE, ROCKY MOUNT. N.C. This meeting is not mandatory but is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that interested bidders attend for valuable detailed information about the Scope of Work and property tour.

Bids are due on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. at 1065 PINEHURST DRIVE, ROCKY MOUNT.

Proposals should be submitted to RMHA, Attention: Carol Ruffin, P.O. Box 4717 Rocky Mount NC 27803 or 1065 Pinehurst Drive, Rocky Mount, NC 27801, no later than Wednesday, March 26, 2025 @ 3:00 p.m. Proposals must be clearly marked “Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services Proposal”.
