EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Merchants Millpond State Park Campground Improvements Due 04/02/2025 @ 2:00 p.m.).

Project Description:
The project consists of the demolition of the existing shower house and construction of a new shower house, redevelopment of the 20 existing campsites, installation of a new force main connection to the Gates County Waste Water System, widening and resurfacing of the campground access road, and additional ancillary items. The campsite replacement will consist of 9 full hook-up RV sites, 3 cabin sites, and 8 tent and trailer sites.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
