IT/MIS AND DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of High Point will be accepting sealed proposals which will be received by the HPHA at 500 E. Russell Ave., High Point, NC for IT/MIS AND DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES until 12:00 p.m. local time, April 14, 2025. Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Emailed, faxed or other unsealed submissions will not be accepted.
The contractor will provide support assistance, as needed, for various software applications including application suites, departmental applications and desktop applications. The contractor will assist through managed services in ensuring that all applications meet HPHA’s business and reporting needs, and that the performance and security needs are optimized. The contractor will work with a wide variety of end users with varying levels of familiarity with systems and technology. The contractor will aid the on-site IT Technician. The contractor will provide disaster recovery services for thirteen (13) Windows based servers and ninety (90) desktop PCs and/or laptops. The contractor will provide monitoring, disaster recovery, and technical assistance as needed for escalations.

All questions must be sent to HPHA by 10:00 a.m. on March 19, 2025. Any addenda will be issued by 12:00 p.m. on March 21, 2025. It is important that the proposals be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner with the name of the project: Please send four (4) copies of your proposal. Each responder must submit four (4) copies of his/her proposal containing the following completed forms in a loose-leaf binder. The HPHA requests that proposals be organized in a concise, focused manner to assist in the evaluation process.
