Haskell/Cooper Construction is seeking subcontractors to prequalify for the Henderson County Detention Center Improvements project.  This project is a phased project that will also include the Courthouse addition to be released at a later date.

 Scope of Work (Detention Phase):
Detention Center addition and renovation work.  The project is at an operational detention center and will require phasing to complete areas for transition of use.  New Men’s & Women’s quarters will be added with fully precast cells.  A new booking and Admin space along with added sally port additions to the facility.  The renovation work includes upgrading the existing Men’s & Women’s quarters as well as modification to the existing booking and admin spaces.
