ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

Single Prime sealed proposals will be received by Madison County Schools (“Owner”) at the Madison County Central Office located at 5738 Hwy 25/70, Marshall, NC 28753 on Thursday, May 22^nd, 2025, no later than 3:00 PM, for a new Weight Room Facility for Madison County High School in Marshall, NC.

A Prebid meeting will be held at the Madison County Schools Central Office Tuesday, May 6^th, 2025, at 2:30 PM including site tour of the project location.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be viewed at LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. located at 14 O’Henry Ave., Suite 210, Asheville, NC 28801.

Hours:  8 am–5 pm Mon-Thur. and 8 am–12 pm Fri.; as well as at Henco Reprographics.

Hard copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained & purchased, after April 21^st, 2025, for a non-refundable cost of $100 per complete set or $40 for PDF format, directly from:
