Terry Sanford High School Chiller Replacement

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received in the Cumberland County Schools’ Plant Operations Center, 810 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28306 until May 21, 2025, at 10:00 am. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Terry Sanford High School Chiller Replacement. The general scope of work will consist of replacing the two existing chillers as specified within the construction documents. This will include replacing both chiller pumps, all required piping changes, electrical upgrades and accessories necessary to complete this project.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 am on May 8, 2025.  Contractors interested in bidding shall meet at Terry Sanford High School, 2301 Fort Bragg Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303. The Designer will issue complete Bid Documents electronically. Bid Bond is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.

Certain MBE guidelines must be followed.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
