FOR REAL ESTATE SERVICES
The Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority (“LCFWASA”) seeks proposals from qualified real estate firms licensed to do business in North Carolina to assist LCFWASA with finding property for LCFWASA uses, negotiating pricing, and assisting with the purchase of property. The proposal must be received by Tim Holloman, Executive Director, Lower Cape Fear Water and Sewer Authority, 1107 New Pointe Blvd., Suite 17, Leland, NC 28451, by 3:00 pm on Friday, May 30, 2025.
