Project Description:
A.R. Chesson Construction invites subcontractor bids for the interior and exterior renovations of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the former Sears building in downtown Edenton. This project will transform approximately 16,094 SF into modern, professional office space. The scope includes selective demolition, wood framing, MEP System replacement, roofing, elevator modernization, new windows, and full interior finishes.

This is a high-profile adaptive reuse project in the heart of Edenton’s historic district, ideal for trade partners with experience in commercial and office upfit work.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation.
