Outdoor Classroom”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Outdoor Classroom” will be received by Nash Community College in the Brown Auditorium room 5, in the Business and Industry Center Building, Nash Community College, 522 N. Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount, NC, until 3:00 pm., on Thursday, July, 17, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Outdoor Classroom. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Brown Auditorium room 5, in the Business and Industry Center Building, Nash Community College, 522 N. Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount, NC. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
