“CommWell Health Phase 2: Site Development”

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “CommWell Health Phase 2: Site Development” will be received until 2:00 PM on August 5, 2025, at 6114 U.S. Highway 301 S, Four Oaks, NC 27524, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the CommWell Phase 2- Site Development. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on July 16, 2025, at 6114 U.S. Highway 301 S, Four Oaks, NC 27524. This meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, (252) 937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected]) beginning July 8, 2025, during normal office hours.
