Mooresville Graded School District (MGSD) Renovation to the South Elementary School Pre-K classrooms

INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Mooresville Graded School District (MGSD) will receive sealed, single prime, lump sum bids for the renovation to the South Elementary School Pre-K classrooms until 2:00 pm August 5, 2025, at 126 N. Main Street in Mooresville, NC; addressed to Mr. David Morais. At that time qualified bids will be received, opened, and read aloud. Bid, Performance, and Payment bonds are required. The projects scope of work includes renovations to retrofit new Pre-K classrooms into the existing modular classroom building. This includes the addition of four unisex handicapped toilet rooms, exterior egress for new Pre-K rooms, an accessible ramp down to grade, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades associated with the work. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held for all prospective bidders on July 23, 2025, 10 am at 839 S. Magnolia Street, Mooresville, NC. To view or obtain the construction documents, electronic plans, and specifications by Adams + Associates of 126 N. Main Street in Mooresville, NC, bidders must register with Duncan Parnell via their bid room http://www.dpibidroom.com from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday beginning on Monday, July 14, 2025. MGSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
