H&M Constructors are requesting bids from Certified Female Contractors/Suppliers and Certified Minority Contractors/Suppliers for the following project:
1) J Iverson Riddle Development Cente-Cedar Cottage Renovation, Morganton NC.
Bids are due:
July 29 @ 2:00 pm.
This project consists of a complete renovation and systems upgrade to the entire 27,500 square foot existing building. Interior renovation is to include new Resident Bedroom, Bathing Rooms, Day Rooms, Dining Areas, Administrative Offices, Nurse Stations and Utility Areas.
Plans are available for review on the H&M Dropbox. See below for the link to access the website. H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:
- Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
- Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
- Provide quick pay agreements.
