ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION BUILDING –
EARLY DEMOLITION PACKAGE

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on August 5^th, 2025, at UNC Pembroke, Facilities Planning, Design & Construction, Pinchbeck Building, One University Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372, for the Business Administration Building – Early Demolition Package (interior demolition), at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.

Electronic plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Jenkins Peer Architects, via e-mail request to Jonathan Koricke at [email protected] beginning July 9^th, 2025.

The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
