North Carolina National Guard:

for the construction of the
Raleigh USPFO Office Renovations
Bids Shall be Submitted and
opened on September 16, 2025.

Bids shall be opened and read aloud
starting at 2:00 pm on September 16, 2025.

An Open Pre-Bid Meeting
will be held at 10:00 am on
August 28, 2025, at the Project Site:
Raleigh USPFO Office Renovations at:
4201 Reedy Creek Road,
Raleigh, NC 27607.

The meeting will identify
preferred brand alternates and their
performance standards that the owner
will consider for approval on this project.

State of North Carolina and the
North Carolina National Guard reserves
the unqualified right to reject any and
all proposals. No Bid may be withdrawn
after the scheduled closing time for the
receipt of bids for a period of 60 days.
