Re-Roofing for Edgecombe County Administration Building

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Re-Roofing for Edgecombe County Administration Building” will be received by the Owner in Room 260, located in the Edgecombe County Administration Building located at 201 St. Andrew Street, Tarboro, N.C. 27886 (mail at the same address marked to the attention of Stan Liverman), until 2:00 P.M., on September 04, 2025. Bids will not be publicly opened.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the Re-Roofing for Edgecombe County Administration Building. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.  

An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 20, 2025, at 11:00 am, at the front entry of the Edgecombe County Administration Building, located at 201 St. Andrew Street, Tarboro, N.C. 27886. This meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, (252) 937-2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman ([email protected] ) beginning August 11, 2025, during normal office hours.
