EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Edgecombe County 1912 CT&T Building Due (09/16/2025 @ 3 p.m.)

Project Description:
The Project consists of interior and exterior renovations of an existing three-story building comprising a total of approximately 13,000 square feet. Renovations include new finishes, selective demolition of water-damaged areas, ceilings, re-roofing, and new light fixtures. Construction alternates include brick re-pointing and restoration, window repair, and window replacement.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
