Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services FY 26-29 CIP funding

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 

Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms to provide full professional planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for projects to receive FY 26-29 CIP funding. SOQ’s must be submitted by 12:00 pm March 30, 2026.
