Minimum Qualifications: A master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution is required. Candidates must have at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including oversight of multiple departments or programs within higher education or a related field. Demonstrated leadership ability and a minimum of five years of administrative experience are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A proven ability to effectively lead and supervise staff is required, along with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making. Applicants should align with the college’s vision of transforming lives through high quality education, dynamic learning experiences, and a strong commitment to service. Proficiency in computer applications, including database systems (such as Colleague) and Microsoft Office, is required.
