D.A. Everett/Christman, A Joint Venture has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Winston-Salem State University for the Hauser Hall Renovation & Addition in Winston-Salem, NC.
This project is for a major renovation and an 8,500 SF (+/-) expansion of the existing Hauser Hall on WSSU campus. The project will consist of a comprehensive renovation of architectural and structural elements, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, civil engineering, utility connections, landscaping and building envelope repairs, as well as band and choral rooms.
The ERP1- Early Release Package is the 1st package in the project sequence. Package #2 – Balance of construction is in the prequalification process currently.
