Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Business Related field is required. A master’s in Business Administration is preferred. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a business commerce, or finance field in a public or private setting is required. Must be able to demonstrate ability to research, organize, and write business plans and related small business documents.
