EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Stilley Station Solid Waste Collection Project – Beaufort County are due 04/30/2026 at 2:00 P.M.

Project Description:
The project consists of a new solid waste citizen convenience center including major sitework and earthwork, stripping/haul-off, storm drainage, erosion control, asphalt paving, graded aggregate base, concrete paving/pads, retaining walls, fencing/gates, site electrical, water service, wastewater treatment/dispersal, a customer canopy, a multi-material canopy, an equipment shed, and an attendant building.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected] .
