Metcon, Inc., In Association with Raleigh Raised Development, the Construction Manager on behalf of Fayetteville State University, College of Education is requesting interested Trade Partners to prequalify.  Prequalification forms can be requested by contacting [email protected] or by contacting Tina Harris, Prequalification Manager at (910) 521-8013.  The Prequalification deadline is October 24, 2024, COB.

Project Description:

The Fayetteville State University New College of Education will begin prequalifying for bid packages listed below.  The building consists of classrooms, lab, collaborative space, and offices.  The overall project scope is a new four-story, structural steel building of approximately 72,027 GSF with exterior improvements such as parking, outdoor learning, main entry plaza, and various landscape/hardscape features.  The project will include sitework, structure, building envelope consisting of masonry, glazing, and metal panels, fully finished interiors, complete MEP, full building sprinkler system, and required trades to complete new construction of the education building.
