INVITATION TO BID: 

210 WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY 8 MGD EXPANSION

Crowder Construction Company is requesting quotes from certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Firms on the 210 Wastewater Treatment Facility 8 MGD Expansion project.  We are soliciting Subcontractor & Supplier bids for the following scopes of work in Smithfield, NC and surrounding areas:  Clearing & Grubbing, Concrete, Rebar (tying and supplying), Dewatering, Doors & Frames (Metal) Supply, Doors (installation), Erosion Control, Fencing, Grading, Hauling/Trucking, Heat Tracing & Insulation, HVAC, Hoists & Cranes, Instrumentation & Control, Masonry, Metals Fabrication, Painting & Coating, Paving (Asphalt), Roofing, Seeding & Landscaping, Signage and Waterproofing/Dampproofing.

Crowder Construction Company is willing to break down the work further or combine elements of work into economically feasible units to facilitate MBE and WBE Participation.

Quotes must be received in our office by June 10th at 2:00 PM.  We request ESB/WBE/MBE Firms include a copy of their certification.

Crowder Construction Company is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms, if appropriate.  We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project.  If you need assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance, or joint pay agreements, please contact us and we will review your needs and direct you to available agencies for assistance.
