Bids are due:

This project consists of construction associated with renovations to an approximately 90,000 square foot existing building.
Plans are available for review on the H&M Dropbox. See below for the link to access the website. H&M is willing to enter into good faith discussions regarding the opportunities listed below to provide the following assistance:
- Break down combined elements of work into economically feasible units as appropriate.
- Provide an alternative to bonding such as a joint pay agreement.
- Provide quick pay agreements.
