EC Office is actively soliciting bids for Graveyard of the Atlantic (Due 10/10/2024 @ 3:00 p.m.)

Project Description:
The project will include the replacement of HVAC and generator systems. Existing cooling towers, diesel boilers, associated diesel tank, pumps, controls, vertical self-contained units, humidifiers, ductwork, and piping to be replaced like for like with a new propane tank and propane boilers. Existing 300kw diesel generator to be replaced with paralleled 130kw propane generators.

MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE/HUB participation is encouraged. Elements of the work may be combined or broken down to facilitate minority participation. Assistance with bonding or insurance requirements as well as quick pay arrangements are available to enable minority contractors to meet cash-flow demands. Email bids to [email protected].
