Addition to Thanksgiving Elementary School

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID 

Single prime bids for general construction work will be received until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the Facilities Services offices of Johnston County Schools Board of Education, 601A West Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577 for the construction of Addition to Thanksgiving Elementary School.  Bids will immediately thereafter be publicly opened and read.

An open meeting and pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2025, 9:00 AM, at project location, Thanksgiving Elementary School, 1161 Lynch Road, Selma, NC 27576.  Complete plans and specifications for this project can be inspected and obtained at the office of the Architect, Hite Associates, 2600 Meridian Drive, Greenville, NC (252) 757-0333 during normal office hours.

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
