APPALACHIAN STATE UNIVERSITY POST OFFICE RENOVATION
BOONE, NC

Davie Construction Co. is requesting bids from certified MWBE/DBE firms on the above referenced project.  This project consists of renovating 4,800 sf of the existing Campus Post Office with selective demolition and new construction for postal mailboxes, service counters, postal lobby, and a new passport office.  Work includes wall construction, electrical, HVAC ductwork, selective plumbing, millwork, finishes, and other work shown in the contract documents.

Quotes must be received in our office by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.  Email your quote to [email protected] .

Davie Construction is willing to review any responsible quote and will negotiate terms if appropriate.

We will notify your firm if your bid is accepted for this project.  Contact us if you have not heard from us by March 31, 2024, and we will inform you of the status of your bid.

Davie Construction Co. will look at the possibility of a joint check arrangement if appropriate.

Davie Construction Co. pays monthly but will consider other needs.
