Mecklenburg County requests a Statement-of-Qualifications from interested firms for the Sunset Road Hotel Renovations project. Firms shall assemble a design team to provide design, bidding, construction contract administration, and closeout services for this project.

The RFQ will be available starting on July 7, 2025. Submittal due date is August 7, 2025 @ 2:00 pm.
