Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Boone, North Carolina.  Completed plans call for the construction of a 48,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility. Furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of APP 105 Phase 3 Women’s Softball and Indoor Tennis Facility.  The project is an approximately 48,600 sf pre-engineered metal building for 6 tennis courts.  The building incorporates a retaining wall to reconcile the stepped site and provide support spaces at an upper level overlooking the courts.  Additional site work includes nominal access drives and sidewalks.  Bids will be received for single prime.  All proposals shall be lump sum.
