Assistant to the Foundation

ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDATION
This position will provide administrative support for the Robeson Community College Foundation with a focus on exceptional customer service. This position will perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties in a very fast-paced environment and will interact with donors, students, faculty, staff, vendors, public and private officials, and the general public. This position will require an individual with extreme attention to detail; the ability to work within databases, a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to reconcile financial records.
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/clerical capacity involving public contact with responsibilities requiring tact and confidentiality. Demonstrate mastery of computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs, Web-based environments, and ERP software (i.e. Ellucian/Colleague).
