Baity Hill RTU Replacements

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals for Single-Prime bids will be received until 2:00 pm on December 11, 2024, in the Giles Horney Building, Magnolia Conference Room 100A, 103 Airport Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599, for construction of the Baity Hill RTU Replacements at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 pm on November 20, 2024, at 1501 Mason Farm Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Bidders shall meet in the parking lot outside the building.

Plans and Specifications are also available electronically from Salas O’Brien.  (Bid deposit not required).

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to waive any informalities or reject any and all proposals.  All inquires should be directed to:
