BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST &
PROJECT INFORMATION SESSION FOR THE
NCSU COLLEGE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE LARGE
ANIMAL HOSPITAL EXPANSION AND RENOVATION –
PHASE 1 LAB RENOVATION
Project Description:
DPR and BridgePoint have been selected as the CM at Risk for the North Carolina State University (NCSU) College of Veterinarian Medicine (CVM) Equine Hospital project. This project will consist of renovations to the existing building, construction of a new Equine Hospital addition, and expansion of the existing CUP.
Future Phases of the Overall Project will include:
- Civil and Site Utilities
- CUP Expansion
- Large Animal Hospital Addition & Renovation
Project Information Session:
A project information session will be held on December 3, 2024, floating from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at NC State University Admin III Building, Room 124. Please arrive anytime during the session to learn more about the project.
Prequalification Submission:
To receive a Prequalification Form, please contact Jenny Williams [email protected]. Completed and signed Prequalification package are due no later than December 18 at 5:00 PM. Submit prequalification to Jenny Williams [email protected] .
Note: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID, HOWEVER, ONLY SUBCONTRACTORS WHO HAVE COMPLETED A PREQUALIFICATION PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR BID ON THIS PROJECT. If you are unsure of your DPR Prequalification status, please contact Jenny Williams [email protected] .
