REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 

The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) solicits a request for a Statement of Qualifications for Planning, Design and Construction Administration Services at the Bojangles Entertainment Complex (BOPlex).

Interested Vendors may receive a copy of the Request for Qualifications upon receipt of an e-mail or written request addressed to:

Qualifications will be received until 2:00 PM EDT on October 31, 2024, by the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority at 2700 East Independence Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28205, ATTN: Doug Tober, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the lobby conference room at the Bojangles Coliseum.

The CRVA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all qualifications, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a statement of qualifications, and to enter into any agreement deemed by the CRVA, with one or more of the Vendors responding.  The CRVA reserves the right to discuss and negotiate with selected Vendor(s) any term and conditions.
