INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION

Rodgers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following bid packages:  02A Selective Building Demolition, 05A Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, 26B Generator Equipment, 31A Complete Sitework until August 21, 2024 and 03A Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, 03B Concrete Flatwork, 04A Masonry, 07A Roofing and Accessories, 07B Waterproofing and Sealants, 07E Exterior Metal Panel Systems, 08A Glass Assemblies, 08B Passage Door Assemblies, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D & 09E Floor Coverings, 09F Painting and Wall Coverings, 09L Floor Coverings – Epoxy Assemblies, 09M Floor Coverings – Athletic Assemblies, 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 10E Visual Display Surfaces and Audio-Visual Equipment, 11B Food Service Equipment, 11E Athletic and Recreational Equipment, 11H Prefabricated Canopies, 12A Window Treatments, 12D Casework and Millwork, 14A Elevators, 18B Final Cleaning, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 23B Test and Balance, 26A Electrical, 28A Electronic Safety and Security, 31A Complete Sitework, 32C Landscape and Irrigation, 32D Fencing until October 7, 2024.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com .  Send completed prequalification applications to William Satterfield at [email protected] ; originals are not needed.  Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The project is a new elementary school and consists of an approximately 120,000 gross SQFT building, including 2-level classroom wings and 1-level common areas on approximately 11 acres at 61 Spring St, NW Concord, NC 28025.  The project includes the removal of the existing Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School buildings.

Rodgers will host a Project Information and Outreach Session at 3:00 p.m. September 19, 2024, at Cabarrus County Education Center at 4401 Old Airport Road, Concord, NC 28025.  Interested participants, Minority, Women, and Small Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to attend.  Please RSVP with name and number attending to [email protected] .
