COLTRANE-WEBB / BEVERLY HILLS REPLACEMENT PROJECT
REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION – 31C AGGREGATE PIERS 

Rodgers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for bid package 31C Aggregate Piers until October 7, 2024.

Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com .  Send completed prequalification applications to William Satterfield at [email protected] ; originals are not needed.  Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.

The project is a new elementary school and consists of an approximately 120,000 gross SQFT building, including 2-level classroom wings and 1-level common areas on approximately 11 acres at 61 Spring St, NW Concord, NC 28025.  The project includes the removal of the existing Coltrane-Webb STEM Elementary School buildings.
