Caldwell County Public Schools Chiller Replacement at Baton Elementary School

ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS 

The Caldwell County Public Schools intends to contract for CHILLER REPLACEMENT at BATON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.   This project involves replacing the existing air-cooled chiller with a new air-cooled chiller.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Caldwell County Schools Education Center located at 1914 Hickory Blvd., Lenoir, NC  28645.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, August 06, 2025, at Baton Elementary School.  Baton Elementary School is located at 1400 Baton School Road, Granite Falls, NC.

This is not a public Bid opening.  Proposals may be delivered, mailed or emailed. Each proposal shall include a 5% Bid Bond and Payment & Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price.
