Caldwell County Public Schools Rooftop Unit Replacement at Hudson Elementary School

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

The Caldwell County Public Schools intends to contract for ROOFTOP UNIT REPLACEMENT at HUDSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. This project involves replacing seven (7) roof-mounted water source heat pump units with seven (7) gas-fired rooftop units.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 14, 2025, at the Caldwell County Schools Education Center located at 1914 Hickory Blvd., Lenoir, NC  28645.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 06, 2025, at Hudson Elementary School.  Hudson Elementary School is located at 200 Roy E. Coffey Drive, Hudson, NC.

This is not a public Bid opening.  Proposals may be delivered, mailed, or emailed. Each proposal shall include a 5% Bid Bond and Payment & Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price.
