Cape Fear Community College Building L Renovations in Wilmington

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Thomas Construction Group will be accepting sealed proposals for the Cape Fear Community College Building L Renovations in Wilmington.  Bids for the following packages will be opened on November 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM:  01A Final Cleaning, 02A Selective Demolition, 06A Architectural Casework, 08A Doors/Frames/Hardware, 08B Glass and Glazing, 09A Drywall and Metal Framing, 09B Acoustical Ceilings, 09C Flooring and Tile, 09D Painting ,10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 12A Window Treatments, 22A Plumbing, 23A HVAC and Controls, 26A Electrical and Fire Alarm.

All bids will be received and opened publicly at CFCC Building L, Room L107 (419 N. 2nd Street, Wilmington, NC 28401). Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on November 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM in person at CFCC Building L, Room L-107, and virtually via Microsoft Teams for prequalified bidders only.

Bid Documents will be available on October 28, 2024, via BuildingConnected (https://app.buildingconnected.com/projects/670d1fbdecc3e0004421bda0/bid-packages). All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized and made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 7 days prior to bid.
