  • We will be accepting Subcontractor Proposals on the following:
    Concrete Forming, Demolition, Grassing, Silt Fence, Portable Toilets, and Dumpsters. Please submit pricing quotes by April 15, 2026.

Please include a copy of your certification with your quote. 

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified MBE/WBE firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246 and 11375 to ensure equal opportunity. MBE/WBE participation goals are 10% pursuant to NCGS 143-128.
