REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION AND PROJECT INFORMATION AND OUTREACH SESSION
Rodgers Leeper will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the subject project for the following bid packages: 02A Selective Building Demolition, 03A Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, 04A Masonry, 05A Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, 06B Carpentry and Casework, 07A Roofing and Accessories, 07B Waterproofing and Sealants, 07E Exterior Metal Panel Systems, 07G Firestopping, 08A Glass Assemblies, 08B Passage Door Assemblies, 08C Service Door Assemblies, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D Hard Tile, 09E Floor Coverings – Resilient and Carpeting, 09F Painting and Wall Coverings, 09G Access Flooring, 10A Specialties, 10B Signage, 10C Lockers, 12A Window Treatments, 14A Elevators, 18 General Works, 18B Final Cleaning, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 23B Test and Balance, 26A Electrical, 31A Complete Sitework, 32C Landscape and Irrigation until June 21, 2024.
Prequalification applications may be obtained at www.rodgersbuilders.com . Send completed prequalification applications to William Satterfield at [email protected] ; originals are not needed. Prequalification applications submitted late or incomplete will not be reviewed.
The project is a comprehensive renovation of the existing Old ATC Building (54,600 SQFT) on the Central Campus of CPCC. The renovation includes complete interior demolition and new work as well as exterior wall demolition and reconstruction.
Rodgers will host a Project Information and Outreach Session at 3:00 p.m. June 12, 2024, in Room 304 of CPCC’s Hall Professional Development Building, 1112 Charlottetowne Avenue, 28204.
