BID OPENING 

Rodgers Leeper will receive sealed proposals from project specific prequalified firms for bid packages 02A Selective Building Demolition, 05A Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, 06B Carpentry and Casework, 08A Glass Assemblies, 08B Passage Door Assemblies, 09A Drywall Assemblies, 09C Acoustical Assemblies, 09D Hard Tile, 09E Floor Coverings – Resilient and Carpeting, 09F Painting and Wall Coverings, 09L Floor Coverings – Fluid Applied, 10A Specialties, 10C Lockers, 12A Window Treatments, 18A General Works, 18B Final Cleaning, 21A Fire Protection, 22A Plumbing Systems, 23A HVAC Systems, 23B Test and Balance, 26A Electrical, 31A Complete Sitework until 3:00 p.m. on May 1, 2025 in CPCC’s Harris I Building, 3210 CPCC Harris Campus Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 for the construction of the subject project at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

If three (3) bids from project specific prequalified firms are not received before the bid opening for a particular bid package, a Re-Bid Opening for that bid package will be held 3:00 p.m. on May 6, 2025, in CPCC’s Harris I Building, 3210 CPCC Harris Campus Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208.
