Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on November 1, 2024 , in NCDAC Central Engineering, 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27699, Door 4 (hand delivered); 4216 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4216 (mailing address)enter Location, Attn: Matthew Wells for the construction of the Central Prison Guard Tower Roof and Building Envelope Repairs Project enter description of project at which time and place bids will be opened and read.

Hannah Ford, (919)420-7676, [email protected], 551-A Pylon Dr. Raleigh, NC, 27606 enter Designer Name and Address, , 551during normal office hours after October 3, 2024.  Electronic documents are provided at no cost.  Plan deposit of One hundred dollars ($100.00) in cash or certified check is required for hardcopy sets. 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on October 14, 2024, at Central Prison, 1300 Western Blvd., Raleigh, NC, 27606.  Additional details are noted in the Notice to Bidders.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
