ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 AM on August 28, 2024, at Building B, at 1020 Birch Ridge Drive, NCDOT Century Data Center, Raleigh, NC, Attention to Mr. David Varel, for the construction of the Century RTU Replacement, SCO ID# 24-27692-01A at which time and place bids will be opened and read.  This project consists of replacement of twenty (20) Roof Top Units (RTU) at the NCDOT Century Campus.  Existing RTU’s are approaching end of life and need to be replaced.  An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, in Building B, at 1020 Birch Ridge Drive, NCDOT Century Data Center, Raleigh, NC 27610.  Contract documents may be obtained at no cost via Electronic File Download from NV5.  Please contact [email protected] to obtain contract documents.

The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
