CFCC Health & Human Services – Phase II Project

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 

PROJECT:  CFCC HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES – PHASE II PROJECT 

Monteith Construction has been selected as the CM at Risk and is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the CFCC Health & Human Services – Phase II Project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project is located at 319 N. 3rd Street Wilmington, NC 28401.  The scope of work includes 32,877 GSF renovation. The renovation will encompass work on floors 2-5.

Sealed Bids will be received for the following Bid packages on July 23, 2024 at 3:00 PM:  General Trades, Demolition, Millwork, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Framing & Drywall, Ceilings, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Hard Tile, Paint, Wallcovering & Sealed Concrete, Accessories, Wall Protection & Cubicle Track, Signage, Lockers, Headwalls, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing & Medgas, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage, Site Improvements.

Bid packages may change based on the response of qualified bidders.

Prequalifications are due July 10, 2024.

A Prebid meeting will be held on July 9, 2024, at 10 AM via Zoom.

The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Pre-qualifications.  Contracting method will be through Competitive Public Bid in accordance with Chapter 143 of the NC General Statues.  For further information or questions related to this project, please contact Maria Rosales 317.366.3022.
