ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals for a single-prime General Construction Contract will be received from Bidders by Chowan County, 305 West Freemason Street, Edenton, NC 27932, Attn.: Mr. Kevin Howard, County Manager, in Chowan County Government Offices, 2^nd Floor Conference Room, up to 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2024, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the: 

CHOWAN COUNTY PEDESTRIAN
 BRIDGE REPAIRS
JKF Project No. 2023-06 

Pre-Bid Meeting:
Friday, February 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Chowan County Ag Center, 730 N. Granville, Suite A, Edenton, NC.

The meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.

Contractors will comply with Federal and State E-Verify Requirements.

The Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
